Planning for college can be a challenge, especially understanding how to pay for college.

The University of Louisville Net Price Calculator was developed to help families plan for educational costs at the University of Louisville. Results are based on 2015-16 cost figures and student aid eligibility requirements. The estimates are based on the awarding policies established for the Net Price Calculator for the 2015-2016 academic year and are subject to change with federal/state/institutional policy revisions.*

8 The Calculator will take approximately 8 minutes to complete.

To help you complete this process, it would be helpful to have the items listed below.

  • Student and Parent Most Recent Income Tax Returns
  • Earnings (W-2 forms, recent paycheck stubs)
  • Bank statements
  • Student merit information
    • GPA
    • Standardized test scores (SAT/ACT)

*Future costs and financial aid estimates are subject to change. Results of the calculator are not guaranteed and special circumstances are reviewed by the Financial Aid Office. The accuracy of the estimated awards is based on the information you provide. This calculator is intended for use by U.S. citizens or permanent residents who will be either incoming first-year, new undergraduate or transfer students. The estimated awards are based on the assumption the student will complete the FAFSA as soon as possible after January 1st, complete any applicable scholarship application by January 15th (or December 15th for mentored scholarships) of his/her senior year in high school (please note the automatic out of state awards have a deadline of February 15th), submit all requested items, and be enrolling full-time (12 hours or more as an undergraduate). Please note families may file their FAFSAs using estimated income before tax returns are filed.
